This lamp is so lovely! It has such a subtle, soothing glow that creates the soft, romantic vibe of a candle while still being unique and a bit quirky/quaint. I had some delivery trouble with my order and my package ended up arriving a day after I’d left town, though it had been marked as delivered the day prior. I contacted customer service informing them that I had not received the package and they were immediately responsive, gracious, and even proactively followed up with the status of my order to make sure I had received it ok and was pleased with my items. Though I was a bit dubious of the website at first, I was super pleasantly surprised with the ordering process, customer service, and quality of the lamp. The only thing I don’t love about this lamp is that the crystal is not attached to the base, it is just placed on top of the wooden base, which I wasn't expecting. But, this is actually nice as it allows me to ‘adjust’ the brightness more easily than if it were attached to the base. To make it dimmer, I cut out one or two quarter-sized pieces of white printer paper and placed them on top of the LED in the base, beneath the crystal. It’s undetectable and just makes the glow a bit dimmer and softer. Overall, love this lamp. Brings warm, soothing, energy to the room for sure. Vibes!
