I’ve read a lot about smudging and the peace and cleansing it’s meant to provide. I’ve been overwhelmed with negative energy for too long now and I’m trying to find peace and positivity. I want my room to be my safe place so I used the Healing Smudge Kit as a start. I’m amazed at the calming feeling the Sage and Palo Santo brought. I’m a huge incense burner, but this was different. It took about an hour and a half to smudge my whole house and I also said the affirmation in each space. I could feel a shift in the energy almost immediately. I started with the sage working my way downstairs and then started the healing wooden stick downstairs and worked my way up this time praying and talking to *** to please help heal my heart. 2 years ago I lost my mama, this past Valentine’s Day I lost my mother-in-law and now none of my family members talk to me at all. I know my growing and their lack of it has to have something to do with it. Anyways, I also held the clear crystals during the smudging and could feel a little bit better after it was all completed. I plan on doing it again until it’s all gone.
