Social Media Consent

I hereby grant CONSCIOUS ITEMS a worldwide, unconditional, irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, copy reproduce, process, adapt, modify, make derivative works of, publish, transmit, display and distribute, any digital content created by me, posted on my personal social media account, where I either mention and/or tag the brand or talk about and/or showcase any of the brand's products.

I hereby also authorize CONSCIOUS ITEMS to use my name and/or social media profile name when using the digital content mentioned above.For the avoidance of any doubt, the rights previously granted in the preceding paragraph include, but are not limited to, the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the digital content for purposes of publicizing their products or any other lawful purpose.

In the case of my personal image being shown and/or part of the digital content, I hereby understand that it is an integral part and therefore it is affected by the same license granted to CONSCIOUS ITEMS under the same conditions and limitations as stated in the first paragraph of this document.

I hereby expressly and in written form consent the use of my personal image.I hereby understand and agree that these materials will be used by CONSCIOUS ITEMS mainly for its marketing and commercial purposes, which include but are not limited to, the brand's social media platforms, web content, publicity, and advertising.

In addition, I waive my rights to any compensation arising from or related to the use of my digital content. I release and discharge CONSCIOUS ITEMS from any and all claims arising from the use of the digital content for any of the lawful purposes described in this document.
