Having issues with your Conscious Item(s)?
We want people to feel supported and happy when they come into contact with our brand. That’s why we want to hear from you whenever you’re having issues with your Conscious Items.
As soon as you notice an issue with your item(s), there's no need to return the item(s). Just send some images/ videos to firstname.lastname@example.org showing us the problem and we’ll do our best to assist you. We take pride in making this process as easy as possible for you!
Note: Please, make sure to contact us and send us images/videos within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Any requests after this period may not be eligible for a replacement.
Would you like to receive your money back?
We’d be very sorry to hear that our Conscious Items are not meeting your expectations. In such cases, please contact us at email@example.com and show us some images/videos of what the issue is with the item(s) you’ve received.
We would like to understand why you’re not satisfied so that we can improve our items and overall service for next time!
Once we approve, we will process the refund immediately. Please note that the refund may take up to 30 days to be credited to your card for the Debit/Credit card payment or 3-5 business days for PayPal payment.
