      First off the wrong pendant was sent, ok no biggee it happens but they are "investigating" like I'm a criminal. I've sent the pics they've asked for and now they are asking again for the same thing. Send me a prepaid return label, after so many emails, I'll send you back what you sent, then refund my original payment and we are done and I'll never order from you again!
