How do I join?
Just tap Join Free and verify your email with a 6-digit code. No password, no forms. You receive 200 reward points instantly, and any points from your past orders come along too.
How do I earn points?
You start earning the moment you join. Every order earns 5% back in points (more in higher tiers), plus reviews, referrals, birthdays, and social follows.
How can I check my points balance?
Log in and open the rewards panel on this page, or simply head to checkout: your balance appears right there with your order.
How do I redeem points?
Right at checkout: log in, and your points appear with your order, where 100 points are worth $1 off. Choose how many to use, from a little to all of them. No codes to claim, no vouchers to keep track of.
Can I use my points together with other discounts?
Yes! Your points apply on top of most discounts and promotions, so you never have to choose between your points and a sale.
Can my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months without a purchase, so any new order keeps your balance active. We email you before anything expires. One honest note: points have no cash value and can't be transferred, they're our thank-you to you, redeemable as money off your orders.
How do referrals work?
Once logged in, open Earn points in your rewards panel, select Refer a friend, and share your link by email, Messenger, Facebook, WhatsApp, or copy it directly. Your friend gets $15 off their first order over $29, and you earn 1,500 points, worth $15, when their order is complete.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
No worries, it happens! It sometimes takes a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your well-earned points. If it takes longer than 48 hours, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Can I join from outside the United States?
Yes, definitely! If we ship to your country, you can collect reward points and be part of the Conscious Items family.
