Want to cancel or edit your order?
Our goal is to process all orders quickly and flawlessly. If you would like to cancel or edit your order, please email us at support@consciousitems.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel or update it. Once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes.
Is there an issue with the item?
All details about items, including size, color, shape, material, and other relevant information, are noted in the product description. However, if the received item didn’t meet your expectations, please contact us at support@consciousitems.com. Your feedback helps us improve our items and overall service for the future.
- You may return most new, unused item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- We will provide a return label.
- Free items from special offers are final sale. Returns are not available in this case.
Refunds
- In case of a return of the items that were not as expected, once the parcel is received, we will promptly process your refund.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
- After the refund is processed, it may take up to 30 days for the amount to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank, or 3–5 business days for PayPal.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@consciousitems.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@consciousitems.com.
Our approach to returns
One of our core values is that we take care of the environment whenever we are making any business decisions or actions.
We would like to reduce the amount of returns because we’re aware of the significant negative impact that they have on the environment: extra materials are used for repackaging; the additional transportation burns more fuel, increases carbon dioxide emissions, and landfill waste is increasing.
